From file to reader

    Upload a readable PDF

    Choose a menu, brochure or manual you have permission to share publicly. Sign in, select an unencrypted PDF within 10 MiB and check that it opens correctly before uploading. Do not include passwords or confidential information.

    Create its share link

    The QR code contains a link to the hosted PDF, not the document itself. Download the QR image for your materials. To publish a revised menu or manual later, replace the file in the same saved item so the printed code stays the same.

    Scan and read

    Scan the downloaded code with another phone and confirm that the intended PDF opens in its browser or PDF viewer. Check the filename, pages and readability. If the document needs a correction, replace the saved file before printing more copies.
