After the upload succeeds, download the QR code and scan it on another phone. Confirm that the download page shows the intended filename and that the file opens in a compatible app. It is a file download, not an online document editor.
Open the original saved item and replace its file when the content changes. A successful replacement keeps the printed code; if it fails, the previous file stays available. New items get new codes, and copies already downloaded by recipients do not change.
Files are public to people with the link. File checks do not guarantee that a document is safe. Do not upload private records, executable files or macro-enabled documents.
No. Replace the file in the same entry to keep its QR code. Uploading it as a new entry creates a separate code.
Use the PDF QR code tool for a PDF menu, brochure or manual. This page accepts the listed office and text formats and sends scanners to a download page; it does not convert them to PDF.PDF
No. Anyone who has the link can download it. Do not use this for personal records, passwords or confidential material.
The previously shared file remains available. Your selected new file stays in the form so you can retry.
Yes. Deleting it stops the sharing entry and removes the hosted file. It cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded.
