FOR YOUR GUEST NETWORK
Wi-Fi QR code generator with logo
Create a Wi-Fi QR code for guests at home, in a café or in guest accommodation. Enter the network name, security type and password, add an optional logo, and download PNG, SVG or PDF without signing in. Guests scan the code with a compatible phone to open a connection prompt.
Your Wi-Fi QR code
Ready when your network is.
Enter the network details, then generate. Your real QR code will appear here.
Scan the downloaded file on another phone near your router, confirm the network name, and join. Test again after adding a logo or printing.
From your router to your guests
- 01
Copy the network details
Copy the network name, password and security type from your router or Wi-Fi settings. Keep letter case and spaces. Use a guest network when available; this tool cannot find or recover a Wi-Fi password.
- 02
Generate, then check
Choose a color and optional logo, then generate. Use PNG for a screen or SVG/PDF for print. Each downloadable file is checked to make sure its QR code still contains your network details; a format that fails the check stays unavailable.
- 03
Scan on another phone
Near the router, scan the downloaded code with another phone, check the network name and accept the connection prompt. Open a website to confirm access. If it fails, check the password, selected security type and signal before generating again; test a printed sample before making more copies.
Choose the type your router uses
| Network | This page | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| WPA / WPA2 Personal | Shared password | Choose WPA even when your router calls it WPA2 Personal. |
| WEP | Legacy shared key | Copy the existing key; prefer a modern guest network when available. |
| Open network | No password | The password is omitted from the generated code. |
| Enterprise / WPA3-only / captive portal | Not supported by this tool | A QR code cannot complete enterprise credentials, a web login, or guarantee WPA3-only compatibility. |
