Presentation QR Code Generator

One slide on screen
The whole deck to take away.

Upload a PPTX or PDF directly, or paste an existing presentation viewing link. Know whether people will read or download and keep the printed code when replacing the original file.

Hosted files require sign-in. Each saved file uses one dynamic QR slot; replacing the original file uses no extra slot. Access, type and size are checked before upload.

Questions about document sharing

01

Will a PPTX play directly on a phone?

This tool has no online Office player. A PPTX opens a download page and requires a compatible app. Choose PDF or an online viewing link for direct reading.

03

Can I keep the code on my slides after an update?

Replace and save the file in its original hosted entry to keep the code. Dynamic links can change destinations; a new static address needs a new code.

05

Is the file safe to share?

QR codes and file links can be forwarded. Noindex does not make a file private.

02

Can I upload a legacy .ppt file?

The supported formats are .pptx and PDF. Convert .ppt to .pptx or export a PDF before uploading.

04

Can I prevent attendees from downloading?

Anyone with a hosted file link can download it. For restricted access, use your existing platform’s permission-controlled viewing link and check it in a private window.

06

Can the phone open it?

DOCX and PPTX depend on compatible apps. Choose PDF when direct reading matters.
